We deliver across the UAE(we don’t deliver to certain areas in UAE)
- Delivery Times – Times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, couriers, or events beyond our control
- all orders must be placed 24 hours before same day delivery is not available
- Delivery Attempts – If the recipient is unavailable or the address is incorrect, the order will be considered successfully delivered and no refund will apply.
- Fees – Delivery charges (if any) are shown at checkout.
- Responsibility – Once delivered to the address provided, our responsibility ends. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items after confirmed delivery.
- Force Majeure – We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control (e.g., road closures, strikes, natural events, public holidays).
